Ajorosun Local Council Development Area was carved out of EgbedaLocal Government with its headquarters at Olodo.
The LCDA is comprised of eight (8) departments, namely: Admin and General Services, Finance and Supplies, Agric and Natural Resources, Education and Social Services, Budget Planning Research and Statistics, Primary Health Care, Works and Environment Department
